She specializes in problem solving, land platting, neighborhood reconstructions, and tax records. A former president and of the Virginia Genealogical Society, she served as Host Society Chair for the 1999 NGS conference. Ms. Little is editor of the Magazine of Virginia and has served as co-editor and editor of the newsletter of the Virginia Genealogical Society. She has lectured at national conferences since 1993 and serves as an instructor and Track II coordinator of the Virginia Institute of Genealogical Research.
